Technical Training Instructor
**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented Technical Training Instructor to join our team specialising in Product Training for Technical Service Personnel based in Peterborough, United Kingdom. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Deliver High-Quality Training: Provide technical training on Cummins products and systems to enhance technician efficiency, repair quality, and customer satisfaction. + Continuous Improvement: Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating training effectiveness, and customising programs to keep training materials current and effective. + Standardise Procedures: Create and maintain up-to-date work procedures promoting consistency and standardisation across all training programs. + Support Regional Teams: Guide regional Training liaisons in developing standardised technical product service information ensuring high-quality training across regions. + Promote Training Needs: As the voice of Training on new product introduction teams, you’ll effectively communicate training requirements, resource plans, schedules, and program statuses. + Plan and Forecast Training Needs: Forecast training demand and develop plans to address business needs, to ensure that training programs are proactive and relevant. + Enhance Training Materials: Develop and manage training information from product design documentation and expert insights, ensuring that training materials are accurate and comprehensive. + Improve Training Programs: Maintain and recommend improvements to the training library, ensuring programs evolve with product changes, safety issues, and feedback. **RESPONSIBILITIES** To be successful in this role you will need the following: + Training Delivery: Tailor your instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring they gain practical knowledge, skills, and abilities applicable to their roles. + Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications that address the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring your message is understood and impactful. + Demonstrate Situational Adaptability: Adjust your approach and demeanour in real-time to respond effectively to changing situations and demands. + Plan and Align Work: Prioritise and organise your tasks to meet commitments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. **QUALIFICATIONS** Education/Experience: + College, university or equivalent technical experience required. + Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service. + Full UK driving licence is required.
