The Role\: Technical Training Lead
Overview\: To lead a Training team to train and develop assembly skills/ technical skills of DVCs, embracing differences in the manufacturing environment for benchmarking on efficiency and effectiveness.
What will you do?
· Develop & build the versatility & maintain training program and skill management program for DVC from new on-board joining & upgrade skills through the system
· Manage all the Technical Trainers (IST3) in all P1F sites
· Work with HRBPs and Plant Heads on DVC learning focus areas and development priorities (strategic learning consultation)
· Train the trainers (line trainers) and facilitate trainers certification
· Standardize DVC New Hire On-boarding (include pre- and post-assessments)
· Update and manage LDS- e-Versatility tool (including but not limited to skills assessment, cell rotation and certification tracking)
· Conduct training needs analysis (including technical, cross-functional, behavioral/soft skills)
· Build Annual DVC Training Plan, track and report progress
· Ensure on-time completion of Global Essentials; Drive achievement of SSE 2 hours
· Facilitate, track and manage DVC Connectivity
· Champion E-Ideas & I See I Do in the factories (in partnership with IPL & HRBPs)
Who would be successful?
· College Graduate in the relevant fields of Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business-related course
· Job-related experiences\: Training Supervisor / Team leader / Operations Lead
· Business understanding\: Good understanding of related Schneider Electric business and technical operations
· Good English (verbal/written) communication skills, above-par problem solving (at least lean fundamentals or basic root-cause analysis), proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel, Teams, & PowerPoint
· Experienced people leader
· Good analytical & critical thinking skills, leadership/customer-centric skills, convincing & can easily influence others
· Flexible to work in Rosario, Cavite
· Working arrangements\: Compressed work week, 5x a week Onsite
