Main Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)• Partner with management to execute on internal training programs• Manage company wide training programs and enterprise LXP/LMS• Create content for FreedomPay specific trainings, onboarding plans , and other training programs as needed• Deliver and maintain training programs both virtually and in person• Run New Employee orientation and quarterly onsite onboarding trainings• Manage new hire onboarding experience and feedback• Other tasks as assignedLocationThis role is located in Philadelphia but will offer a flexible, hybrid environment.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field5 - 10 years of experience in a training or learning development3+ year(s) of experience of training in a technology companyExperience with Cornerstone or similar LMSExperience with learning content creation software such as Articulate or similarAbility to present on unfamiliar contentAbility to understand and articulate our business model and strategyStrong research skillsExperience delivering training in person and virtuallyHigh level of attention to detailExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills, and problem-solving skillsAbility to take a proactive approach to tasks and aptitude to be confident and assertiveExcellent multi-tasking skills, in a fast-paced environmentExperience in SaaS, PasS, or other technical industriesProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs as neededAs the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
