支持直线经理维护培训管理体系，强化创造主动学习环境。保证组织所有所需培训，和相关文件根据现有培训管理流程妥善处理保存负责搭建培训设施，来主动支持提升培训结果和效果

主要工作职责  :

维护并存档所有融入计划，资质确认和年度培训计划。

负责组织支持培训并创造良好学习环境。

支持改善现有的培训事务。

其他直线经理指派的任务。
