Technical Training Student Worker
**Job Description** We are a team in charge of developing technical and soft skills for groups of operators, technicians and engineers in Manufacturing. Being part of our team, you will also develop soft skills such as communication, leadership, project and priority management. On the technical side you will develop skills in systems management, databases and automation. This is an opportunity to create or expand networking. We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate/Technical Graduate position as appropriate. Behavioral traits desired: - Attention to details and focus on accuracy - Good sense of urgency (on time task completion) - Flexible and adaptive to change - Adequate problem-solving skill- Initiative to learn and self-development - Passion to learn and work in a multicultural and cross regional team **Qualifications** Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
