Location: VIenna, VA-1 day week onsite required

Responsibilities:

Implement and coordinate knowledge management activities/processes to include content analysis, document management, data capture, portals, and customer reportingcreate, curate and distribute on-demand content through multiple online channels, including, internal platforms, learning management systems.create, edit, and organize technical and organizational information and turn it into compelling and useful content for internal audiences.Design and create training content for training and webinar usePartner with subject matter experts and collaborators to provide input for training content (product teams, support teams, etc.)Write technical documents and training collateral to support training projectsContinuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate and improve current training documentation and processesResearch, analyze, and document engineering and processing information (e.g. drawings, design reports, equipment, and test specifications.Gathers technical information, prepare written text, and coordinates layout and manual organizationIntegrate information from functions throughout the organization to facilitate access, sharing and disseminating information with team members, internal business partners, and stakeholdersResearch, gather, and synthesize data; present conclusion and recommendations to management and/or team membersMonitor solutions’ key performance indicators and other key measures to ensure ongoing benefits are realized Monitor solutions’ key performance indicators and other key measures to ensure ongoing benefits are realizedLeverage data and insights from customers and team members to inform content development, developing new content as needed based on feedback

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience writing technical internal process documentation and other forms of technical content, including capturing step-by-step instructions and using visuals to create a storyExperience with authoring tools (I.e. Articulate) is requiredPrevious experience working directly with clients/end usersMicrosoft Office and VisioMust demonstrate superior writing, editing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Significant experience researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflowExtensive experience with content managementSignificant experience in developing technical documentationExtensive experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goalsExpert skill capturing and translating technical processes and requirements into easily understood termsAdvanced skill communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAdvanced skill identifying and analyzing technical requirements and recommending solutionsAdvanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExpert verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced skill working with all levels of management, supervisors, stakeholders, and vendorsExperience creating/editing presentations using software or other types of material/mediaAdvanced organizational, planning, and time management skillsAdvanced skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach agreeable exchange and positive outcomes
