About the role:

Join our Enterprise Technical Documentation team to produce high-quality, user-friendly documentation for cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for businesses from SMBs to large enterprises. Work closely with passionate, highly skilled professionals in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What you'll do:

Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop and deliver accurate product documentation (online guides, knowledge base articles, API documentation, and release notes).Create, review, revise, and regularly update documentation tailored clearly to diverse audiences.Write and refine UI copy (labels, messages, tooltips, contextual help, etc.) to improve user experience.Work alongside our Localization team to ensure documentation is effectively adapted across multiple languages.Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance documentation quality, usability, and engagement.Maintain active communication with your team to share updates and synchronize documentation efforts.Contribute to and manage your team’s knowledge base to support operations and ongoing organizational learning.

What we're looking for:

Experience:

 Proven technical writing experience (3+ years) within the software or IT industry, preferably in cybersecurity or related fields.

Required skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level as per CEFR).Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing workload and priorities.Excellent research and analytical skills, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.Solid foundational knowledge in computers, networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, cloud computing, virtualization, and container technologies.Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and applying them effectively.Familiarity with documentation tools and standards, including XML, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, workloads, and technologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Journalism, Communications, or related disciplines.Preferred (a plus): Certification in English proficiency (Cambridge CAE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.).Familiarity or direct experience with Agile methodologies.Practical experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
