JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Analyses user information requirements including understanding the user experience in relation to company products. Defines strategy for effective communication. May provide feedback and suggestions to product development. Employs company brand standards and creates standards applicable to technical documentation. Writes and revises technical information about company products, such as operational, maintenance, or repair manuals. Duties include gathering and organizing technical information, preparing text and tools, and coordinating layout for print or electronic publication.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Develops and upholds policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOP's), job aids and reference materials. Reviews documents and written external communication for format, consistency, and compliance with existing procedures. Engages in collaborative work groups to support the creation and modification of policies and procedures. Designs and updates flowcharts to illustrate current processes and optimize workflows. Reviews documents to ensure proper formatting, consistency and adherence to current policies and procedures. Documents business processes for a variety of functional areas. Converts existing material into standard Molina format.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
