Candidate profileStrong knowledge of written English (graduates in English philology or native speakers preferred)Advanced knowledge of computer publishing software (MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Help+Manual, Snagit, Visual Studio Code (.adoc, .xml, markdown))Good understanding of open API documentationKnowledge of Jira and ConfluenceStrong communication skillsAbility to write clear, concise texts and present complex topics in an easily understandable way, including simplifying technical input and producing multiple content versions for specific audiences based on the same source materialAbility to create diagrams and visually appealing presentationsFocus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detailExperience in creating and editing documentation and technical materialsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and wiki portalsPrevious experience with loyalty management systems (a plus)Previous experience in IT (a plus)Your responsibilitiesCommunicating effectively and conducting meetings with teams, including developers, implementation specialists, sales teams, system architects, and designers, to thoroughly understand Comarch products and systemsCreating various types of technical and business documentation: user, integration, implementationEnsuring that technical documentation—both new and existing—is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and understandable to a wide range of audiencesPreparing materials that meet quality standards in terms of editing, including conciseness, text style, and use of graphicsCreating and publishing training materials, templates, and business presentationsDeveloping system diagrams and infographicsFor you Salary range information below reflects target base salary.
