Scope of Work:
DPS is seeking an individual with expertise in designing , developing , and delivering effective Instructor Led Training (ILT) and self study learning materials for users of an IT application.     This individual must have a strong background in all aspects of designing, developing, and delivering training for users of an IT systems, contributes to end user/organization success; serves as the subject matter expert for ILT including the capacity to serve in an instructor role.   This will be to support the rewrite  of the Automated Title Processing System (ATPS Blue) .

Role Description:

16.    Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.

REQUIRED
1.    Minimum six (6) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience using sound design principles and story-telling skills to create easy-to-understand printed training materials, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations.

2.    Minimum six (6) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience using MS Word and SnagIt  for designing and developing user guides, instructor guides, job aids, PowerPoint presentations and workbooks, for classroom use and for end user self-study.

3.    Minimum five (5) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience in technical training or related field.

4.    Minimum three (3) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience in the training work stream on a SDLC project

5.    Acts as the subject matter expert for designing and developing self-study training materials.

6.    Experience leading training sessions for 1-12 staff.

7.    Partners with the client, SMEs and other training team members to understand and meet their design expectations for a blended learning solution.

8.    In-depth understanding of curriculum development, ADDIE/SAM, storyboarding, and adult learning principles.

9.    Naturally inquisitive and proven self-starting attitude for learning a complex business process IT application.

10.    Ability to multi- task and meet aggressive deadlines.

11.    Pay detail attention to requirement changes.

12.    Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative nimble environment.
DESIRED
1.    Some experience with different learning technologies, including web-based learning tools and other distance-learning technologies, including eLearning authoring tools (Lectora, Camtasia Studio, and SnagIT) is a plus.
