This role works with various levels within Global Shared Services and Service Delivery to execute initiatives established by the President of the respective Division.This role will be part of a cross functional team whose purpose is to own and advance the enterprise governance model, drive process improvement at a scale so the enterprise optimizes its technology and talent investments and deliver game changing business outcomes as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Ensure consistency, superior level of accuracy, and outstanding grammar and style in policy and procedure documentationAdhere to internal Style Guide to ensure consistency and alignment with prescribed company style standardsAnalyze, write, edit, and publish policies and procedures with outstanding level of grammatical and stylistic accuracy and consistencyCreate professional in-depth process maps to support thorough procedure developmentOther duties and projects as assigned.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on English, writing, or communications3+ years of user documentation or technical writing experienceExcellent communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsAbility to bring cross functional teams together to complete documentation requirements, including creation, review, approval, and publicationsExperience and working knowledge with content management systemsKnowledge of simplified technical EnglishExpertise in Microsoft Manual of Style and other prescribed style guidesExcellent problem-solving abilities and organizational / time management skills, with the ability to multi-task productivelyComputer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, desktop publishing, and graphic design is desirable.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.Long periods of sitting while working at computer.Occasional long periods of standing.Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
