The ideal candidate will bring experience in technical writing, proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, GitHub, and Docker, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Technical Documentation: Create and maintain a wide range of technical documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure that documentation accurately reflects the latest platform features and updates. Content Strategy: Establish and maintain a consistent documentation style guide to ensure all content is clear, accurate, and accessible for users of varying technical backgrounds. Version Control: Use GitHub (and GitLab, if applicable) to manage documentation versions, collaborate with team members, and track changes over time. Tool Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, Docker for content related to cloud infrastructure and containerization, and GitHub for version control. User-Centric Focus: Write clear, actionable content that is useful to a wide range of audiences, including federal agency developers, administrators, and IT professionals. Quality Assurance: Review and edit documentation produced by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with TechFlow and customer standards.
