Responsibility:

Create technical documents and manuals.Explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.Working closely with hardware/software designer to ensure accuracy of product descriptions.Acknowledge in hardware/software development process in hardware/software product.Work with customer to understand requirement & schedule.

Experience/Skill:

3~5 years' experience in technical writer role in industryPossessing HW/SW knowledge is preferredProven experience working in a technical writing positionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.Strong attention to detailAble to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiencesSkilled at prioritization and multi-taskingTechnical editor tool skill – PTC Arbortext is preferredFamiliar with dita/XML/HTML format doc is preferred.
