Your Day-to-Day

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our documentation efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing documentation strategies, mentoring junior writers, and ensuring the highest quality of technical content.

Develop comprehensive documentation plans and architecture for complex enterprise software. Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices. Mentor junior writers, providing guidance and reviewing their work. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to gather technical insights. Craft high-level technical content that effectively explains complex AI/ML concepts. Champion documentation process improvements and innovation. Manage multiple documentation projects across different product areas. Are You a Fit?

To be successful in this role, you will have to:

Advanced technical writing and editing expertise. Experience with documentation strategy and planning. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Knowledge of API and SDK documentation best practices. Strong understanding of information architecture principles. Passion for process improvement and innovation. Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software. Proven track record leading documentation initiatives. Experience documenting PaaS/SaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies. Solid understanding of API documentation and developer experience. Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems. Excellent project management and mentoring skills. (Preferred) Background in computer science or a related field. About Us
