Location: Sorrento Valley (Onsite)

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

•\tDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and online help systems.

•\tCollaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and product managers to gather and understand technical information.

•\tTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

•\tCreate and update process flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.

•\tEnsure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all documentation.

•\tParticipate in the review and editing process to maintain high-quality standards.

•\tStay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

•\tExperience in the real estate industry or with real estate technology.

•\tFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.

•\tKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and other markup languages.

•\tExperience with API documentation.

•\tProficiency in graphic design tools for creating visual aids.

•\tAdditional language skills, particularly in major business languages.

Required Skills and Experience

•\tBachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field

•\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.

•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•\tProficiency in technical writing tools and content management systems.

•\tStrong ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.

•\tExperience with document version control and collaboration tools.

•\tKeen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00
