Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in English literature, Journalism, or Engineering with strong English language skills. Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and usage. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts. Proven experience writing technical documentation, including manuals. 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry. Experience in creating video scripts and producing short technology help videos. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
