Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to edit and refine critical communication documents. This role involves writing for executive-level clients, including VPs and CEOs, across various industries such as construction, facilities, and industrial manufacturing. You will be writing on behalf of Project Managers, ensuring documents are timely, accurate, and free of spelling or grammar errors. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into high-level project management and decision-making processes.

The position is based in a business casual office environment in downtown Toronto, near Adelaide St/Yonge St. The role involves a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office (typically Tuesday to Thursday) and two days working from home. Occasional site visits (5-10% of the time) may be required for projects in Ontario. The office atmosphere is collaborative and dynamic, with opportunities for career progression and involvement in innovative projects. The standard workweek is 40 hours, with flexibility in start and finish times, although additional hours may be needed based on project requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
