Description One company is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration standards and runbooks. This documentation will consist of screenshots, configuration tables, and occasional flowcharts, all within an established template. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to our users. Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation for configuration standards and runbooks. Ensure all documentation adheres to the established templates and guidelines. Incorporate screenshots, configuration tables, and flowcharts as needed to enhance clarity and usability. Collaborate with subject matter experts across different pillars to gather and verify technical information. Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Work within the framework of the eight pillars: Application/Data, Cloud, Collaboration, Core, End Point, Security, and more. Continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation based on feedback and best practices. Top Skills Details visio, lucidchart, MS365, technical documentation Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in using documentation tools and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
