As a Technical Writer, you’ll create easy-to-understand documents like procedures, equipment guides, and training materials that support operations. If you enjoy turning technical information into easy-to-follow content, this could be the perfect role for you!_** **Location:** Columbus, OH **Schedule:** M-F 8AM–5PM **Pay:** $22–$24/hr **Responsibilities** + Create easy-to-understand documents like procedures, equipment guides, and training materials + Write and edit documents and equipment instructions + Work with team members to gather technical information + Update documents regularly to keep them current + Create simple charts or diagrams to support written content + Use Microsoft Office and other tools to format documents + Get feedback from users and make improvements + Help train others on how to find and use the documents + Learn new technical topics quickly as needed **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or document control within manufacturing (food industry experience is a plus) + Strong proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint _***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
