Evergreen is partnering with a local utility company support their efforts to update the Protective Grounding Manual. Thismanual impacts transmission, substation and distribution to ensure safety and best practices in the field. As the Technical Writer, you will partner with the Document Specialist on your team to obtain all notes, documentation, knowledge and details theyve gathered from the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field to update the final manual draft.

Responsibilities include:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engagement

Frequent engagement with Document Specialist for seamless transfer of expectations and knowledge.

Document Drafting/Updating and Iteration

Modify documentation as instructed.

Incorporate all necessary SME feedback and suggestions.

Collaborate on management of change documentation; ensuring document is properly routed for approvals as necessary.

Publishing

Confirm TIL format and standardization.

Upload and confirm delivery of finalized documentation.

Facilitate acceptance and commitment of changes suggested by standards.

Shepherd documentation through TIL process until document deliverable is accepted and ready for hand-off.
