Responsibilities: * Creates, edits, and maintains high quality technical documents for use by internal and external users (these may include user manuals, processes and procedures, technical requirements and design, or other materials as needed related to company products, applications, and/or services) * Develops and follows documentation standards and formats in collaboration with team members and management * Designs, edits, and upkeeps knowledge management repositories
