As a Technical Writer and Investigator, you will play a crucial role in investigating and responding to Quality Management System deviations and complaints. Your work will directly contribute to reducing the likelihood of recurrence and ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and respond to Quality Management System deviations and complaintsIdentify root causes and initiate action plans for preventionConduct in-depth interviews to obtain accurate informationWrite technical concepts clearly and concisely for product analysisComplete CAPAs and effectiveness checks within the Quality Management SystemEstablish recommendations for changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated documentationRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma and one year of experience in a Pharmaceutical Packaging/GMP environmentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Good understanding of Good Manufacturing PrinciplesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to read and interpret regulatory requirementsExcellent problem-solving and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBenefits
