As a Technical Writing Intern, you will work as a member of the Documentation team. Some of your primary responsibilities will consist of producing hard copy manuals and online reference materials for software products offered by Reynolds and Reynolds and its affiliates and assisting senior level representatives with HMTL conversions.

In addition, you will be in charge of keeping ‘help messages’ up to date within the software for the customers to use. You will be expected to write the instructions within the help messages and test the instructions to verify the results are correct. Throughout the summer you could be assigned to various projects within the Documentation department.
