Preferred qualifications: + Experience building high functioning teams and providing team members with career growth opportunities and coaching. + Ability to develop deliver a short- to medium-term strategy for a technical writing team or organization, including adjusting that strategy as needed in response to changing priorities. + Ability to build relationships and alliances with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership. Technical writers plan, create, and maintain educational content as an integral part of the engineering or user experience. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material. Work within timelines and product launches. + Work with Product Managers, UX researchers, and User Interface partners to identify the critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers through those journeys.
