Communication Skills
Excellent English Communication: The candidate must possess very good English communication skills to effectively interact with clients, facilitators, and attendees before and during live sessions.

Session Management
\nDeployment Responsibility: The individual should demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure the successful deployment of each session moderated.
\nLive Session Hosting: Experience in hosting live sessions on platforms such as MS Teams (or other related virtual platforms like Zoom, or WebEx) is crucial. This includes managing dry runs and rehearsals, and ensuring all technical aspects are functioning correctly.

Client Interaction
\nHigh-Level Client Engagement: The candidate must be comfortable working with high-level clients, scheduling and setting up sessions, sending invites, and managing announcements.
\n\n
Technical Proficiency
\nPlatform Familiarity: Familiarity with MS Teams Meetings & Townhall (or similar platforms) is advantageous. The moderator should be able to navigate these tools confidently to facilitate sessions.
\nTechnology Support: Providing technical support to both facilitators and learners is essential. This includes addressing technology-related concerns and questions related to the MS Teams platform.

Administrative Skills
\nSession Preparation: The candidate should excel in gathering necessary materials for sessions (slides, videos, agendas) and managing administrative tasks such as uploading course materials and launching polling questions.
\nPost-Session Reporting: Ability to provide detailed post-session reports, marking attendance, and send materials to clients is required.

Interactive Management
\nBreakout Room Management: Experience in managing breakout room activities, both manually and automatically, is important for facilitating small group discussions.
\nPoll Management: Skills in creating and managing polls during sessions to engage attendees effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities
\nTroubleshooting Skills: The moderator should have strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to address any technical issues that arise during live sessions swiftly via chat, q&a, and/or email.
