Reporting to RMA coordinators to facilitate with all cross functions start from receiving the RMA till ship back to customer and ensure the RMA is closed properly.Ensuring that all RMA’s are tracked and followed through to timely and satisfactory resolution.Confirm new arrival RMA part for ensure Proper packaging, Correct serial number and Good visual condition.Distribute RMA received detail to all concern.Assign PSR to FA owner / Product owner.Facilitate with owner/production to ensure that RMA have been physically shipped or scrapped

Qualification

Vocation high ’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related fieldAbility to comprehend written and reading and email.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with Oracle system
