In addition to performing all responsibilities of basic material handling: Works independently in area of assignment
-    Participate process standardization and initiate improvement activities.
-    Addresses inefficiencies.  Assists leaders with maintaining and improving Area productivity
-    Handles day-to-day conflicts and provides timely feedback to Supervisor when issues arise.  Follows up on issues throughout the shift, resolving issues and completing tasks.  
-    Coordinates team projects and participate in cross functional teams as WH representative. 
-    Responsible for completion, documentation and recognition for projects.
-    Performs on the job training for new material handlers.
