Minimum qualifications:
+ Graduated in engineering, technology, science or other fields, with a training period of at least 1 year.
+ Experience as a technical program manager in the manufacturing industry.
+ Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 3 years of experience in Technician, Sustaining Technical Program (Electronic Product Manufacturing) or equivalent.
+ Experience in working and handling technical issues for international Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners.
+ Experience in handling technical issues in a cross-functional team to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost.
+ Ability to support and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently to work with regional stakeholders.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will be the cornerstone of operations communication with technical cross-functional teams in the sustaining/mass production period. You will guide a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards. You will work in a fast-moving environment, as you work with teams to solve problems that gate production line operations to improve the quality and productivity.

+ Support in sustaining the technical program of electronic product manufacturing machinery system to ensure the production process is operated according to standards and mitigates risks.
+ Identify and support superiors to ensure ongoing technical risks are identified; implement risk mitigation or resolution plans under the direction of superiors or the request of clients/partners.
+ Support to solve technical issues operations side for line layout, fixed equipment, and setting line qualifications for a ramp for the production process.
+ Support to solve technical issues to achieve and sustain product yield, quality performance at the Contract Manufacturers (CM) site, mass production yield, and performance updates.
+ Liaise and support CMs to strengthen manufacturing process controls to meet KPIs and targets, and ensure continuous improvements; provide feedback and discussion with cross-functional team/ superiors regarding the practical issues of technology and qualification.
