Minimum qualifications: + Graduated in engineering, technology, science or other fields, with a training period of at least 1 year. + Experience as a technical program manager in the manufacturing industry. + Experience managing cross-functional technical teams. Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of experience in Technician, Sustaining Technical Program (Electronic Product Manufacturing) or equivalent. + Experience in working and handling technical issues for international Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners. + Experience in handling technical issues in a cross-functional team to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost. + Ability to support and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams. + Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently to work with regional stakeholders. Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices & Services team is making people's lives better through technology. + Support in sustaining the technical program of electronic product manufacturing machinery system to ensure the production process is operated according to standards and mitigates risks. + Identify and support superiors to ensure ongoing technical risks are identified; implement risk mitigation or resolution plans under the direction of superiors or the request of clients/partners. + Support to solve technical issues operations side for line layout, fixed equipment, and setting line qualifications for a ramp for the production process. + Support to solve technical issues to achieve and sustain product yield, quality performance at the Contract Manufacturers (CM) site, mass production yield, and performance updates. + Liaise and support CMs to strengthen manufacturing process controls to meet KPIs and targets, and ensure continuous improvements; provide feedback and discussion with cross-functional team/ superiors regarding the practical issues of technology and qualification.
