We are seeking a detail-oriented Technician to support site inventory control and SAP system processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong SAP knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. Operating experience is a plus but not required. The Technician will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production systems, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily inventory issue resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the SAP point person for site inventory, production processes, and system accuracy.
Learn and support higher-level SAP tasks, including Month-End Close and Master Recipe updates.
Reconcile inventory variances and communicate results to the Accounting team.
Update Master Data in SAP, including Master Recipes, BOMs, Production Versions, and Material Masters.
Coordinate and execute corporate training and annual inventory counts for the site (Hemlock, Central Warehouse, MROS).
Manage inventory counts (annual, monthly, ad hoc) and perform adjustments for discrepancies.
Act as the primary user for MII applications (RTMP/MSIF) and troubleshoot related SAP issues.
Support Quality and Scheduling departments with SAP-related issues from order creation to production completion.
Oversee SAP accuracy for raw material supplies and onboarding-related documentation.
Provide SAP support for MES integration and functionality.
Qualifications:
2+ Years manufacturing or HIMS plant experience
A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Must have a current, valid, US driver’s license.
