What this job involves

Operation and maintenance at location office& factory facilitiesFacilities systems include clean rooms, air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, process cooling water, exhaust air, high-pressure air, nitrogen, fire protection, etc.Patrol of factory facilities; daily maintenance work and abnormal handling; fault improvement and troubleshootingSupervision and management of factory environment cleaning and disinfection workEnsure snacks/drinks/coffee and daily supply in the pantryExecute industrial safety and health managementFacilities repairs and general affairs workManagement Facilities operation procedure and records Include making briefing data analysisMonitoring and simple troubleshooting of SCADA systemsPreventive improvement countermeasure capabilities for factory facility maintenanceAssist in plant engineering improvement and construction project supportIntegrated management of factory supply/construction supplier search and quotationProgress control and interface coordination of factory repair or equipment replacement projectsWork items assigned by the factory managerGeneral affairs work such as reception
