**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** Hiring for a JM HVAC Technician. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Installing pipe systems in commercial buildings for heating and air conditioning. TYPICAL DUTIES: - Layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping, piping systems, and equipment for heating hot water and chilled water - Pump Changeouts - Cooling Tower Replacements and Repairs - Chiller Replacements - Boiler Replacements - Fan Coil Replacements - Refrigeration (Split systems/VRF high rise) experience - Condenser Water Systems. **Hard Skills** + Journeyman Level HVAC PIPEFITTER + VRF high rise experience + Hot and chilled water experience **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Week(s). **Work Environment** Commercial and Industrial projects. Mainly TI and New Construction. Some in North County - San Marcos. Some DT: Hotel Del Coronado and downtown.
