This is your opportunity to successfully implement innovative solutions and compete in the global semiconductor industry.Responsibilities:Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless production operations.Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through proven methodologies.Establish and modify process management projects to improve efficiency.Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to optimize performance.Coordinate teambuilding and charity events to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Coordinate environmental safety training and host the My Fab Owner program.Qualifications & Skills:Proven ability to establish and improve process conditions and technologies.Outstanding organizational skills to manage and implement process management projects.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Ability to evaluate and promote new equipment and materials.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or Minimum of 1 years of experience in a semiconductor or related industry.Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment and process parameters.Experience in project management and process improvement.Background in environmental safety training and teambuilding activities is a plus.
