Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant technical degree, and 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly. This position involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products. Additionally, the role requires training team members, developing work instructions, and ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and value of our product offerings.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electromechanical products while carefully following work instructionsTroubleshoot small electromechanical productsTroubleshoot processes and test equipmentInterpret engineering prints and schematicsInterpret and develop production documents such as work instructions and checklistsTrain production employees on safety, quality, and processesSupport all safety and quality initiatives including 5S, ESD, and FODSupport process improvementsPerform other related duties as requiredEssential SkillsAssociate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant technical degree1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with electromechanical productsMechanical assembly experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systemsProficiency in SolidworksAbility to interpret and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical schematicsExperience in creating work instructions and checklistsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesWork Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and takes place in a clean manufacturing facility. The standard hours are from 7am to 4pm, with overtime required at times. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break with small breaks offered throughout the day. The robotics industry is growing, and there is potential room for growth within the company. We also provide catered lunch to our employees daily.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
