關於角色：

協助各種建築物的日常營運機電活動。

這項工作涉及什麼：

電氣/機械/管道系統維護，包括：空調、UPS、開關櫃、警報系統、BMS系統、門禁卡系統、消防系統、給排水系統、PA系統、AV系統和各種電器處理與技術相關的室內工程和故障，包括家具、地毯、牆壁/配件、天花板和玻璃門處理客戶的請求/現場投訴並解決問題/故障日常檢查系統、設施並進行必要的設備檢查和抄表協助和監督供應商和承包商在場所內與糾正性維護和計劃性預防性維護以及供應商簡報相關的服務在專案工作和內部移動、新增和更改活動期間提供協助，協助關閉電源活動響應系統警報並處理緊急情況撰寫事件報告並協助分析事件根本原因成功完成預定的維護活動並解決客戶要求確保始終保持高水準的專業和客戶服務

感興趣的？理想的候選人需要具備以下資格

兩年以上相關經驗需要C級或以上相關許可證（工業佈線/商業佈線/冷凍空調/供水管）有責任心，熱愛工作與服務，能與團隊合作，抗壓性強基本電腦操作能力Word/Excel
