Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technician with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant technical degree, and 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electromechanical products while carefully following work instructions.Troubleshoot small electromechanical products.Troubleshoot processes and test equipment.Interpret engineering prints and schematics.Interpret and develop production documents such as work instructions and checklists.Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes.Support all safety and quality initiatives, including 5S, ESD, and FOD.Support process improvements.Perform other related duties as required.Essential SkillsAssociate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant technical degree.1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly.Ability to interpret engineering prints and schematics.Experience in developing production documents such as work instructions and checklists.Experience in troubleshooting small electromechanical products and processes.Ability to train production employees on safety, quality, and processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems is preferred.Proficiency with SolidWorks.Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered.Current students who can work part-time or full-time on contract will also be considered.Work Environment

Our facility offers a very fast-paced and clean manufacturing environment. The work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and small breaks offered throughout the day. Overtime may be required at times. We provide catered lunch to employees daily. The robotics industry is growing, and there is potential for growth within the company. If you perform well, there is an opportunity to convert to a direct employee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
