Are you a Maintenance technician that likes to take ownership, be hands-on and work in a team? We are looking for a skilled E&I Technician to join our Maintenance team. In this position you will help us achieve our mission of being the safest company in the Oil and Gas Industry.
As an E&I Technician you will:
Organize and Execute Maintenance: Plan and perform preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance tasks from start to finish.
Scope and Report: Investigate, determine, and document maintenance requirements.
Complex Tasks: Handle critical and complex maintenance activities with precision.
Work Permits and Risk Analysis: Apply for necessary permits and conduct task-risk analyses.
Shutdown Preparation: Provide input for shutdown planning and task content.
Contractor Management: Hire and manage E&I contractors.
Data Management: Link data for specifications, monitor stock supplies, and maintain E&I data.
Supervision: Oversee technicians at levels 3, 4, and 5.
Safety: Ensure E&I-specific safety measures are in place.
Project Management: Manage contractors during shutdowns or small projects.
Note: Some tasks may require working in hard-to-reach locations, including heights.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Specialization: Deep expertise in the maintenance field.
Education: Relevant MBO diploma level 3 or 4 (electrical/instrumentation field)
Experience: 5 years' experience in similar field
Communication: Native Dutch is preferable, but not a must
EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with safety procedures, including suffocation, acid, and hydrogen gases, is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime occasionally.
On-Call Service: Available for breakdown service once every six-seven weeks.
Travel: Ready to perform E&I work at other Air Products branches in Europe sporadically.
Training: Open to internal and external training, such as electrical switching authority, VCA full, NEN3140 elek vop, and flange fitting.
