Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

1. Peform Maintenance of production equipment such as Solder Wave machine, Reflow oven, 6 Axis robot, Ultrasonic weld machine, Laser marking machine among others.
2. Develop innovative projects, automation of process.

 

Knowledge:

 

1.  Basic Power Supply Theory
2.  Digital and Analog Electronics
3.  Mechanical 3D drawing
4. Manufacturing processes
5. SPC, GR&R, Yield and Capacity Analysis, TPM ( MTTR, MTBF, OEE), FMEA, PCP
6. Safety and 5S
7. Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
 

Skills:

1. Solidworks, Autocad or Sketchup Drawing/Design
2. Handling Technical people
3. Electronic Assembly and Soldering
4. Technical report writing
5. Technical training
6. Problem Solving 
7.  Preventive Maintenance
8. Good verbal & written communication
9. Computer literate
10. Predective and Preventive Maintenance

 

Qualifications:

Graduate of Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics/Computer  Engineering or 4 years Technical course - Major in Electronics

At least 2 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry, Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
