Join our team and start your journey today! **JOB OBJECTIVE** This position is required to monitor sensor alerts for Healthcare facilities, assets and its departments and to professionally handle alerts by documenting status, relaying information and findings in a prompt but accurate manner. This position is required to provide support for basic alarm monitoring function, including answering of inbound calls, but not limited to: interrogating alarm information via connecting to customer software, relaying refrigeration / HVAC alarms, dispatching work orders and other customer requests pursuant to customer specifications for a 24/7 department operations. This position is also required to support to specialized function (Operations, Database, Audit, Training or other Advanced Analytics Function) while performing basic function for alarm management for Healthcare, Food Service and Food Retail. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS** **MAIN DUTIES** ALARM MANAGEMENT for Healthcare Responsible for interrogation of digital communication, assets, refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms received and diagnosing them based on Service Level Agreement with external customers Deliver alarm information with accurate documentation by calling or sending email to external customers Clear and Acknowledge alerts in specific Healthcare departments based on customer procedures Generate and dispatch service work orders pursuant to customer procedures Provide support to Basic service customers and Woolworths Answer inbound and transferred calls and address them as necessary SPECIALIZED FUNCTION Provide support to specific tasks from specialized function for Operations, Audit, or Training functions Deliver task accurately and with good quality based on standards set by the customer and/or Department **ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS** Other functions that may arise. **JOB SPECIFICATIONS** **EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND** + Graduate of any 4-year degree **WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING** + 2 years production experience supporting Alarm Monitoring (Basic, Resolution and Smart Dispatch). **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Computer Applications such as MS Office (Basic Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Basic Knowledge in MS Excel) + Managed Services business systems and tools (Salesforce, Connect+, Genesys) **OTHER WORK CONDITIONS** + Willing to Work on Shifting operations which may include Work on Weekends, to support the assigned business and customers. + Willing to Work Overtime or on Rest Day Overtime to support manpower requirement of the operations during critical days and/or peak season. + Must be able to Effectively and Independently function while maintaining a Positive Energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands. **COMPETENCY PROFILE** + Customer Focus + Communicates Effectively + Drives Results + Action Oriented + Collaborates + Self-Development **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
