Essential Responsibilities:

Maintain all facilities and production-related equipment in a state of operation that is required to meet all current and projected production and engineering requirements.This role operates in a professional office & production environment. In the production environment, this role is exposed to low-to-high noise levels.Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are performed as required.Install, set up, and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Trade school education with 5 years minimum experience within a facilities maintenance department to include familiarity with the design, development, and assembly of electronic components (work experience would be considered in lieu of schooling)Demonstrate experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater and hazardous material identification and handling.Demonstrated process engineering and preventative maintenance experience.Experience with vacuum pumps a plusAbility to lift at least 40 pounds.Ability to operate a forklift. (Training will be provided)Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little to no direction at times.Strong service orientation; a commitment to delivering prompt. quality service and to maintaining a safe work environment.High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.Computer literacy and familiarity with some office applications
