Technician II/III/IV, Formulation

**Description**
The Technician, Formulation will manufacture animal health vaccine medias/solutions following defined procedures and regulations for raw material management and media production.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Technician II**
+ Responsible for performing the activities associated with raw material management and the preparation of medias according to USDA regulations.
+ Ensures compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures during execution of processes.
+ Assists with training and coaching of current and new employees on required skills.
+ Completes/Reviews in process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintenance of technical data and support documentation.
+ Participates in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to address problems; escalation of production flow disturbances.
+ Demonstrates a visible and tangible commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) programs and initiatives.
+ Assesses individual performance regarding the continuous improvement (AAI).
+ Participates and provides support to site projects and initiatives (including deviation and change control management).
**Technician III**

**Requirements**
**Technician II**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Preferred Biology Degree or related field, one (1) year or more of laboratory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
+ Basic math skills, equipment/automation trouble shooting skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
**Technician III**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Preferred Biology Degree or related field, one (1) year or more of laboratory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
+ Basic math skills, equipment/automation trouble shooting skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
**Technician IV**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Preferred Biology Degree or related field from an accredited institution, two years or more (2+) of laboratory experience and/or manufacturing experience
+ Basic math skills
+ Equipment/automation trouble shooting skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Demonstrated ability to problem solve
+ Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
+ Clean room and aseptic technique knowledge
+ Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
+ Working knowledge of cGMP and USDA requirements for Vaccine Manufacturing
**Eligibility Requirements** :
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
