**SUMMARY**
The Technician C position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from Technical or A&P schools, as well as mechanics with up to five years of heavy aircraft experience.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
+ Proficiently utilize FAA-approved data (e.g., IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM).
+ Ensure that all work meets high-quality standards.
+ Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to effectively perform each essential duty. The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position.
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
+ High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
+ A and/or P license may be preferred but is not mandatory.
+ Some maintenance experience, including relevant experience outside of aviation, is beneficial.
+ Must possess and be able to skillfully use the minimum required tools.
+ 1 to 3 years of aviation maintenance experience is preferred.
+ A strong ability and willingness to learn is essential.
