Job Summary

As a Technician lll under our Chemical Production Department, you will be responsible for all the routine and non-routine processes of chemical formulations ( lens materials, PAA supply tank, Phosphate Buffer Solution and Saline) Operations in our Tuas Plant.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Performs routine and non-routine processes in chemical production operationsHelps manage and maintain chemical production calibration, documentation, inventory  (i.e. cycle count), maintenance and complianceAssumes full responsibility in maintaining training on the required technical, quality compliance and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Participates and/or initiate projects that improve process efficiency and/or reduce operating costKnows, understands and complies with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines. Reports any unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses and hazardous material releasesKnowledgeable in safe handling of chemicals/waste disposalSupports implementation of Data Integrity (DI) Program for the site

Job Requirement:

Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related fieldMin 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, production operations, GMP/GDP manufacturing or any other related manufacturing sectors.Comfortable to be lifting heavy weightsForklift Licence is an advantage
