Description
To perform any process/support duties associated with the automated filling of vaccines. Perform filling and support production activitiesOperate relevant department equipment in appropriate manner and in accordance with requirementsEnsure all equipment and facilities are maintainedMaintain a clean and safe work environmentComplete all associated documentation in compliance with requirementsConduct Documentation ReviewDemonstrate sound aseptic technique and serve as a trainer and mentor to other techniciansDemonstrate mechanical competency and interface with the maintenance department for resolving equipment issuesPerform inventory transactionsReview and close batch ticketsMonitor Key Performance Indicators to strive for improved performanceProvide leadership to teammates, supporting the area supervisorCommunicate process needs and progress to colleagues and supervisor. Escalate events and concerns to supervisorDemonstrate a visible & tangible commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the company Values in all work related activitiesIn addition to the above, other assigned duties & projects deemed appropriate within the position scopeRequirements
B.S. degree from an accredited institution plus two (2) years of relevant experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of related experience B.S. Biology or related field from an accredited institution, and three (3) years related experience preferredExperience in Pharma/Bio cGMP preferredBasic computer skills - Excel, WordDemonstrated team playerEffective verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skillsStrong mechanical skills, experience operating automated equipment, and mechanical troubleshooting skillscGMP manufacturing knowledgeAseptic filling knowledgeProduct lifecycle knowledge and risks Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities
