1） Main Responsibilities
1. Support resident engineer on line problem solving.
• 配合产品工程师解决在线的生产中的不良问题。
2. Tear down products with engineers and analysis the failure mode.
• 配合产品工程师对测试后的产品拆卸并进行技术分析。
3. Identify the failure mode and help production record the failure.
•正确判断在线产品生产中的问题。
4. Communicate in time and follow up the high priorities.
• 沟通并及时跟进完成所有相关的重要工作
2）Qualifications
1. Familiar with tools application
• 能熟悉常用工具的应用）。
2. Basic knowledge of mechanism and regular measurement gage knowledge
• 能掌握基础的机械知识及常用量具的应用。
3. Strong capability problem solving and practical hands on solution, capability of multiple task handling.
• 具有较强的动手能力及善于同时处理多个任务的能力
4. Positive working attitude and be able self driven.
• 需具有良好的工作态度并能够自觉主动地工作。
5. Familiar with common PC application, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, etc.
• 熟练使用PC, 如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD
6. Team work attitude and communicate as a team player.
•良好职业道德及团队合作精神。
7. 2 years minimum work experience.
•需有二年以上工作经验。
