Process Technician

 

Responsibilities:

 

Generate AOI (automated optical inspection) programs and debug existing libraries to increase component inspection accuracy. Program AXI (automated xray inspection) equipment. Program, debug, and maintain SMT pick and place equipment. Create soldering profiles for SMT reflow ovens and hot air rework equipment. Program SPI (solder paste inspection) machines. Make new programs for SMT screen printers. Maintain a good working knowledge of IPC-610 workmanship standards Discuss quality of soldering with engineering and adjusts controls according to instruction. Support area leads and operators. 

 

Qualifications Graduate of any Technicial Vocational Courses At least 2 years exposure in any related field. Experience in SMT processes will be an advantage
