Job Description:

 

Developing and implementing PWHT procedures based on industry standards and client requirements. Monitoring and controlling the PWHT process parameters, such as temperature, time, and heating/cooling rates. Performing non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the quality and integrity of the PWHT process. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the PWHT process. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the PWHT process. Providing technical support and guidance to welders, fabricators, and other team members involved in the welding and fabrication process. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.

 

Qualification

 

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in welding, materials science, or a related field. Formal education in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or a similar discipline is often preferred. Proficiency in interpreting and folllwing PWHT procedures and specifications. Ability to operate and maintain PWHT equipment, including temperature controllers and other related instruments.
