Job Description DEPARTMENT : Pharmacy Floor SHIFT: Full Time: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (8am-4:30pm, 2:30pm-11pm & 10pm-6:30am) ** Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends** SUPERVISOR: Kyrillos Elsobky, Director of Pharmacy Operations RESPONSIBILITIES + Provide training to new technicians throughout departments on floor. + Constant follow up on new hire technicians with SpecialtyRx and reevaluation of present staff through all shifts. + Be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and education levels and establish cooperative working relationships with all coworkers. + Timely and effectively communicate information to and consult with others in order to complete work assignments. + Act in a responsible, trustworthy, and ethical manner. + Communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts verbally plus in writing using proper grammar. QUALIFICATIONS + MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH + Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields + LTC pharmacy experience a plus + Brand Name / Generic Medication Knowledge + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers. + Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills. + High sense of urgency and accountability + Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team. + Excellent attendance Requirements
