Control and maintain various machinery systems and equipment installed within the building.Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment inside the building according to the work plan.Record inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment as assigned by the building engineer and/or supervisor.Maintain cleanliness of the operation room and ensure it is in a safe working condition.Perform duties in line with company/department policies and regulations at all times.Check and repair various equipment as reported by building users or as encountered during maintenance work.Verify the work of subcontractors who enter the building to ensure that they complete their work in accordance with the building's safety policies.Document electricity and water usage as assigned.mRecord the usage of public utilities for the building's electricity and water meters on a daily/monthly/yearly basis.Separate and deliver invoices for domestic and international telephone charges to each respective company.Prepare reports and record inspections, maintenance, and equipment issues as assigned.Train and prepare for emergency situations at all times.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
