À propos de vous et de ce rôle

Au sein du département Dow Plastics Additives fort de 40 collaborateurs qui ont à cœur d’assurer la production pour nos clients en améliorant continuellement la qualité, la sécurité et la productivité de nos opérations, le technicien régleur conditionnement DPA assure les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative dans le respect des standards de sécurité en vigueur sur le site, de l’installation de conditionnement. Celle-ci est constituée d’une ensacheuse pour sacs de 25 kg automatisée, d’un système de remplissage de big bags, d’un palettiseur et d’une housseuse. En relation avec le personnel posté et le personnel de jour : responsable de production emballageingénieure de production, coordinateur maintenance, il contribue activement à l’amélioration continue de la fiabilité et de la productivité de l’installation.

Il acquiert une expertise poussée de l’installation et transmet ses connaissances au personnel posté. Il contribue à l’optimisation des réglages.

Le poste exige une maîtrise complète de toute une gamme de processus et de procédures techniques ou opérationnelles.

Assure la maintenance préventive de l’installation de conditionnementAssure la liaison technique avec les fournisseurs  Forme le personnel de productionPrépare les permis de travail pour les intervenants sur l’installation de conditionnementSe considère comme le véritable patron technique de l’installation de conditionnement et est moteur pour en assurer son évolutionParticipe à l’analyse des causes des défaillances et contribue aux actions correctives

Qualifications

Titulaire d’un DUT ou BTS technique ou bac pro avec expérience dans les domaines suivants :

Maintenance des systèmes automatisésCompétences en Electricité ou instrumentation industrielle indispensablesFrançais, Anglais et Allemand optionnelsAisance avec les systèmes informatiques requise : SAP, Office
