Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.Owns the product roadmap.Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.Assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.Identifies and helps the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.A leader of the team.Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.A member of the team.Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the productFollow our competitors and the industryIncrease an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.Should have worked on the Software development projects / products

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in Managing IT ProjectsPreferred QualificationsBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigationTo coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departmentsAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirementsEstablish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projectsStructure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progressDevelop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchersMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plan

Mandatory/Preferred Skills:

9+ years project management experienceHands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usabilityProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE IIPrevious success in producing deliverable software platformsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesExperience developing in-house platforms for internal processesExperience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.Development Background with .Net/Java technology stack is mustKnowledge on Cloud Technologies like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
